Why choose our leather restoration service?

Precision Repair

Instead of replacing the part, we restore it. We match the exact colour of the leather and meticulously repair any cracks, scuffs or discolouration, whilst preserving the original texture and character of the leather.

Protection and Durability

Not only do we repair visible damage, but we also condition and seal the leather. We apply high-performance treatments that protect against future wear and tear and UV rays, restoring the seats’ suppleness and softness.

Resale value

The condition of the interior is key when valuing a vehicle. Restored leather with no signs of wear completely revitalises the look of the cabin and significantly increases your car’s market value.

How to Look After Your Leather Furniture

Avoid contact with new items of clothing that may run (such as dark jeans). Dye transfer can adhere to the protective layer of the restoration. Also, avoid sitting down whilst wearing excessively damp or dirty clothes, so that friction does not cause dirt to become embedded in the pores.

Use only pH-neutral cleaners designed specifically for automotive leather. Avoid household all-purpose cleaners, baby wipes, or products containing alcohol or solvents at all costs. These chemicals are harsh and can strip away the dye and protective varnish applied during the restoration process.

UV rays and constant extreme heat are leather’s worst enemies, including restored leather. They dry out the material and can cause the colour to fade over time. Use sunshades or park in the shade whenever possible to protect the finish and maintain the treatment’s elasticity.

Restored areas regain their original appearance, but require the same structural care. Avoid rubbing the side panels roughly when getting in and out of the vehicle. Take care with trouser rivets, zips, keys or pets, as these can lift the finish or scratch the surface.

To prevent the leather from drying out again and the repaired areas from cracking over time, it is essential to keep it moisturised. Apply a high-quality conditioner or protective cream every 4 to 6 months. This nourishes the material from within and strengthens the protective barrier of the repair.

It is essential to vacuum the seams and creases thoroughly before cleaning. Sand and solid dirt act like sandpaper on the restoration sealant if you rub them in. For cleaning and conditioning, always use clean microfibre cloths, gently massaging the surface without applying excessive pressure.
